Coordinate user IDs between two SQL DBs

This web site job has two components to it:
1: First I need to have a pre-installed membership program's (aMember) member IDs automatically coordinate with a seperate db that is currently on the site so that people only need to login once. This membership DB will be the master and any changes (Add, Edit, Delete) needs to be reflected dynamically in the second DB. This is to stop the need for users to login twice. This needs to be done in PHP.
2: I'm making an auction template site, and within my site I have a series of templates that will be divided into categories (holidays, computers, collectable, etc). I need to have a php page(s) created that will display outside of the secure side that will dynamically display links to samples of these templates based on the various categories.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows:
-- Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
-- Code changes must be commented out
-- Deliverables must be completed and fully running on or before November 30th, 2004.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
