I work for an online travelling agency, with more than 500.000 opt in maillist "members".
We send out mails once or twice pr month, and most of our sales are based on those mails.
Our mails are sent in HTML, with lots of graphics and stuff.
A growing problem for us is the emerging use of spamfilters. Many of our (paying members) tell us that they do not get the mails we send out. When talking to them on the phone its almost surely their spam filters that has cought the mail even though our maillist is 100% clean double opt in.
What I would like to get a bid on is a "test-engine" that will check if our mails are cought by spamfilters. I imagine that we would send the mail to the engine, it will return with an "OK" or with a msg telling us what to change in order to pass the filters. What words to change, what specific filters (norton, outlook, etc) that couses the problems and so on...
Does anyone know such a thingie, and if not - can you make one for me?

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
