Need an app where I can input information and have it go to users who purchase the app. The end user will have the ability to purchase the app per location, ex: if they want the alert covering usa they can choose to pay for or for Jamaica, they can choose that portal or if they want to purchase both or more they can purchase that. On the owner side we want to be able to input the info and send it out and monitor and control the app on the backend.
