I need to integrate with the Adility API to upload new deals to their system (Submission API) and download existing deals to display on a web page (Distribution API).

The new deal information will be stored in a mysql database. the code must be done in php and should be documented as much as possible.
To clarify: the Adility API has the ability to use both XML and JSON. We require JSON for this application implementation. My apologies for not mentioning that in the original posting.
