Amend SQL, cubecart and PHP config on booking system

Hi,

I own a website and online booking system which is used for bouncy castle hire.

This is hosted on a server where i have space for more of the same.

I am looking to clone the website and booking system in order to use on other domains and possibly for other businesses

I am able to copy the files, however need someone to identify what needs changing in the cubercart and PHP code and the mysql database and set it up. The process will need to be documented.
