Asterisk Fast DTMF parsing (Log to SQL, Client Side PHP interface to view data)

Centered in the security industry, We are looking for someone to write a program based on the alarmreceiver app in asterisk. Once the dtmf has been decoded, it must be inserted into a MySQL database. The web portal for the clients will give them access to this data and additional options. Upon receiving this data we would like to notify the client via email (our mail server) sms (our sms gateway) and possibly an app for mobile phones.

We are looking for someone proficient and knowledgeable in PHP, SQL, Web security (Portal https) and asterisk.
