Blogger to wordpress - Importer-Converter Plugin

Hello,

I need a plugin-tool which can convert a blogger xml backup to a xml version compatible with wordpress.

I will pay for this no more then 30$ .

I`m waiting for your bids. I will give the project to the first who`ll bid for my project and who can satisfy all my requests.

I will need the plugin this night or at least until tomorrow.
