Create query that pulls record and drops record from database.

In need of a query that uses Inner Join to pull all tables with primary key and corresponding foreign key from the database and display it. The second query will drop all rows with the same foreign key and primary key. There are about 4 tables in the database.
I know exactly what I need but I don't have time myself to work on this as I am extremely busy with other things.
