Currency Conversion for Paypal

I'm using Blesta Billing system with Paypal gateway. Currently Paypal accepts 22 currencies. What I want is to modify the paypal gateway to convert any currency to USD before check out for unsupported currencies.
Currently blesta has an inbuilt currency converter using google and yahoo
