Urgent: fix one php, javascript page

we have one page which can be viewed at following location:-

We need to urgently modify this page as follows:-
1) Header Menu: the header menu is missing in this page. We need to have the same header menu as rest of the website, with the only difference is the top portion of the header is also black color. See the attached image: [login to view URL]
2) the first slide of this page, has 4 slides which keep changing after some interval of time. we want to remove those 4 slides, and only keep the first slide with added text. again see the above image
3) we want the different slides of this page to scroll up or down on keyboard up or down button, or on mouse scroll, just like the page [login to view URL]
this is very simple and easy work. we need this done in 1 day. bid only if you can finish the job as we have stated within 24 hours. for any confusion about this work, let me know.
we will not give you website access, but we will send you the php file, and any other file that you might need for this work.
