Seeking to hire a set of programmers able to build an entire contact center to support our Asterisk-based remote SFA and CRM (with ACD)applications.
This is a hosted contact center app which we might also be looking to get it expanded into providing SIP-driven IVR-supported voice surveys and call-bridging getting through legacy PSTN switches, IP softswitches and SMS-related networks. Predictive dialing will also be considered.
Because this is basically a Linux project, we prefer to use Red Hot over Fedora; although, we´re aware of some Perl and Python codes may be aseembled into it.
We do work on SQL and Postgre DBs. Entire application may require to have a web interface; so people would actually have direct access to it from any browser.
Bidders must have prior experience building similar projects. Time is of the essence, so professional coders are encourage to bid.
We´ll be looking for those programmers able to put an experience team-reasonable quote-accesability-delivery time component over the table.
Decision making will be done in a 3-5 day period.
