Classifieds Custom Clone

Hello Programmers,

I am in need of a classifieds site that is customized to my needs.

One of the two following options must happen:

Option #1 - Start with a prebuilt script. I would like to use this script - http://www.xzeroscripts.com.

We could use this script as a base to start the project. Customization will be needed, such as Member Registration, Email Verification, Layout/Color updates, internal message system, etc.

Option #2 - Use the same script as a reference to build a clone from scratch. This option would allow you to use your own code and customize the site as needed without having to modify the existing site.

For the most part the current script has the features that I need, but would need layout/color changes and certain text removed from the pages. It would just be a matter of being able to create User Registration, User Accounts, and Messaging System.

Please let me know which option you would prefer to do and also your bid for that option. Please also include time to complete the project.
