captcha/flash form+email verification

1. We need 6 captcha verifications to be installed. 4 forms are written in Perl, 2 - PHP. One of the forms (PHP) has to be done ASAP.

The other possibility is to rewrite the forms in Flash. Same, one of the forms has to be done ASAP.

2. We need to add email validation to the forms. I.e. person should receive an email with a link to click to verify the email, only than he/she should be able to post.

ALL WORK HAS TO BE DONE REMOTELY, AS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH FTP ACCESS.

Preference will be given to those, who could start ASAP, and get at least one particular form working right now.
