AIMTournament - AOL Instant Messenger Interactive ChatRoom Dueling Bot/Program

In Brief: This is an AOL Instant Messenger (only for AIM, not AOL), ChatRoom Bot, that responds to /commands and /actions and allows users to hold virtual tournaments. Please see the documentation for further AND complete information about this project. Please do not post a bid request without having read the entire attached document. Also I would prefer someone who: A) Fully understands what I am aiming for, not someone who isn't sure but thinks they can do it; I want someone to be absolutely certain they can program this and do it right, exactly like I want it. B) Someone with previous experience programming bots that work over AIM (Aol Instant Messenger) service. C) And naturally, the person with the best price.
