Bulk Email Setup

I need a mta that can send emails up to 300k per hour on a dual core machine [url removed, login to view] 4mb ram 100mbps connection.

MTA needs to be proven handle threads and bounces efficiently

Must have sender ID's DKIM,SPF,Domain keys

ability to rotate domains and IP's

A full front end to manage list, that is able to control mail servers and schedule drops.

I don't care what language this is coded in, Please do not message me if you have not made a system like this.

You will have to prove the system works.
