Captive Portal Customisation and Controller Firmware

We are using a wireless controller and need someone to help us with the following:
1. Captive portal - We have already build a mobile site and a page is ready to be uploaded in the controller. We are currently facing issues with the code inside the page we are uploading. The controller uses [url removed, login to view] files and the supplier has given us some information on how to customise the page, but unfortunately we are unable to find a solution to this issue.
If you are interested, please contact me for the controller details before accepting the project. This should provide you information on what you are dealing with.
2. Firmware - We would like to reverse engineer the firmware and need help to unpack it. The file give to us does not have any extension and I think it cannot be opened in windows. But I will leave it to the person to bascially unpack the firmware file for us.
