Avatar System for RPG Forum

I am looking for someone to help me with a RPG forum I am opening. I want an avatar system similar to other avatar systems on sites today (GaiaOnline, Menewsha, Zantarni, Ernya, etc.) The art will be provided. I just need someone to fix the coding for me.

The forum will probably be IPB or PhpBB. I am accepting reasonable offers.
