Convert Cyrllic cp1251 (windows1251) wordpress database to utf8

I imported a database from a custom cms (in russian) to wordpress. The size of the database is 150 mg, pretty large. The original database was encoded in cp1251. The onlyway it works with WP is if I set encoding in wordpress settings to Windows-1251. The problem is, when I place widgets and give them a title in russian they come out looking like chineese. Although the post are fine. I need you to convert the database to utf8.
