Create CRM (Act, Goldmine, Etc)

I am looking for a CRM, my needs are fairly simple. I am looking for someone with experience to create a solution for me using a platform such as goldmine or act. I need about 3 users right now but may grow to 10.

I need to add many customized fields as we write biographies and have many different fields. Also I want to have user levels and keep track of leads and sales and conversions.

I am open to any application as a solution. It does not need to just be Act or Goldmine. Those are just the ones that come to mind. I have also considered MS CRM although I think that may be too robust for my needs.

My Application needs to be able to do the following

1- Keep track of customers

2- keep track of biographies

3- keep track of notes

4- keep track of billing (Pending and histories)

5- keep track of communications

6- keep track of sales conversions

7- Do reports of all of the above

I will purchase a server if need be, although I have an existing server but it may be alittle old for some of the more robust applications such as MS CRM, but should more then suffice for something like goldmine or ACT

**I DO NOT WANT A COMPLETELY CUSTOM APPLICATION WRITTEN IN VB OR ACCESS OR SOME OTHER DEVELOPMENT PLATFORM. I JUST WANT TO CUSTOMIZE AN EXISTING CRM APP TO FIT MY BUSINESS NEEDS

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
