Convert Posts using CSV import for digital downloads

I have 21,000+ posts that were imported using a CSV import.
I need to have these posts converted to the EDD (Easy Digital Downloads) Pages.
EDD does have an option for CSV import so just need an automated way of converting the posts.

Notes:
[url removed, login to view] needs to retain it's tag and category - "Impressionism" and "Berthe Morisot"
2. Download will be the same for all posts - linking to [url removed, login to view]
3. It will also need to have a "featured image" applied for each download. The featured image follows a naming convention, so it could be inserted by automation.
