Converting .mhf files into editable format

I have some fuel dispenser related files in .mhf format (I got these through the programming laptop, the company guys, use to program various boards of the fuel dispenser, by copying them on a flash drive).
What I want is someone to convert these files into editable format (and if possible, rewrite the code too, so that it can be loaded back in the motherboard).
