Create a Drupal Module for In-Place editing for views

Hello
We need a module In-place editing for views fields. How it works;
- There will be a views in table format, user can edit fields directly on views display and save automatically
- we will not show form items directly, they will show when user click on text (title)
- There will be a simply control panel to define which views will have in-place editing, we will choose views name.
