It needs to a big database with lots of cities and zip codes for database.
So when we need to schedule appointment a program will give us next
available date and time am or pm. Also if possible link the schedule to
our website schedule appointment page [url removed, login to view]
and as soon as our worker or customer schedules it will update on both online and office schedule.
If linking software to our website is not doable or very hard then we
might do the office part without linking to website.
