Chat Client

I would like a system friendly 3rd chat client for use with Yahoo Chat. Coded in VB6 or C#. It should protect the user signed on from boot codes, text floods, unwanted PMs, sound bombs, spam, and bots. It sould include voice chat. and all the font options, smileys. example of what i am looking for is a chat client called YaZak.
