Collect and Assemble code to Manage Windows Functions

I need to assemble code to create a feature by which i will be able to call windows functions from inside my application. Its easy for the right coder, cos the source code available are Plenty (Check Planetsourcecode and other numerous VB source sites). The code should be such that, each windows function can be accessed by a function call or a Usercontrol Method. I would prefer self contained module(s) with public function definitions and Private API definitions.

*By windows functions, i mean (Find, Run, Printers.. manage Favorite URLs,program shortcuts, programs menu... etc).*

The source codes available are in plenty (i can also direct you to URLs of my posts at Planetsourcecode) so i wont expect any big expense on this project, cos you just have to collect and assemble the source and test it.

Pls suggest in the bid, what all functions you can implement. Obviously the best bid is the one that can provide maximum features and automatically qualifies to do the job.
