C# to VB.NET converting

Need 3 classes converted from C# to VB.NET. They have aleady been run through a tool for conversion and you only need to correct the areas that the tool could not properly translate.
The three classes contained 350 lines to begin with includimg whitespaces, using sections and moderate comments. Bringing it to only about 150 lines of code (a guess). Of these 150 lines of code aproximately 80% are already converted. Thus I would expect the work does not exceeed 30-50 lines of code.
One class is a simple Windows Service, another a singleton, and another implements Icloneable. You should be familiar with each. There may be additional work verifying other classes that have been connverted and seemed to convert properly with the tool but only additional testing will show. Additional work will be provided via a private project for the same person. Due to this potential other work use of reflection is also desirable since one class relies heavily on reflection. obviously you should be well enough versed in C# and VB.NET to translate.
Seeks to close bidding on tuesday the 23d. And have work returned complete by the 28th.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
