Add Content Slider/Rotater to HTML Website

We have a website that is built in HTML/CSS (table-less, div-based layout) which is completed for the most part. We need a content area at the top of the website to rotate 5-7 content areas (slides), mainly text and an image for each content area. We can't use just a photo slideshow, it has to rotate HTML content and an image. I've attached a screenshot of the top of the website with the section highlighted which will contain the rotating content.
We just need someone to code the HTML and CSS for the slider only with placeholders for content. We do not require you to add the content.
We need this done within 24 hours. To be considered for this project, you must be able to work within that timeframe as well as have experience doing this type of work, preferably with examples. I'll provide an HTML page and CSS file to the winner upon winning the bid.
