Add Monogramming Feature

Would like to add Monogramming feature to my website products.

- All products will have Monogramming capability yes/no added to their detail page in admin side

- All monogrammable products will have the Monogramming jpeg and some text displayed on the detail page.

- On the checkout page, customer can select the monogrammable product and input monogramming detail.

- On the invoice and payment slip, the monogramming detail with the product will be mentioned.

- price of monogramming will be editable.

- create a empty ezpage - Monogramming that I will fill.
