Absolutech, the Employer, would like to hire an Independent Contractor, to complete the web development of the Social Sharing Community website. This website will be similar to [login to view URL] website for some features. The Independent Contractor will be responsible for the front-end and back-end to illustrate all features described in this document. Please note that the selected Independent Contractor will have the opportunity to complete other similar projects with the Employer simultaneously (to be discussed). The Employer will be responsible to provide the final Photoshop files for the final design.
The mandate will start by the end of September 2014 and the Employer is looking to have it completed by the end of October, 2014.
Project Description:
The Social Sharing Community (SSC) is a website where users registered on this platform will share articles on social media and will get paid per click. On the other hand, the Ad Buyer will submit his posts that he wants to promote. The Ad Buyer will determine the PPC rate and budget for each articles. The users will therefore have a selection of articles to share on social media.
The Employer will have to approve the html and CSS that the Contractor will complete. If any feature in this document is unclear or not specific enough, the Independent Contractor is responsible to clarify it with the Employer before starting the work.
