It is basically a carsales website. It needs to allow users to be able to post a description, features and pictures of their cars (maybe a video too).
There needs to be a payment (credit card and paypal) function for a one off fee before the ad is posted. The ad would need to get reviewed first before it goes live on the website.
A search function is required where users can search based on car model, features and keywords in the title and the description of the ad.
There would be 3 types of ads:
1. Premium Ad: Will get featured on the home page (large image and brief description)
2. Standard Ad: Will get featured on the home page (small image and brief description)
3. Budget Ad: Can only be found using the search function.
