Main purpose of the solution: carpooling service as a private club:all users (drivers and passengers) are accepted only if they have a referrer who is yet a member and who sent him invitation.

Some business rules:
- a member has a referrer; the user must use as email address the one provided by the referrer when inviting him from the system, to avoid fraud.
- a member can be a driver or passenger, not exclusive
- a member can declare 0 to n cars
- only a membercan see lifts or place a new journey.
- a member, if member, must provid the date of obtention of his driving license.

The system provided should have a back office / cms.
