Complete design and coding of our business forum

We have a business forum that needs to be designed, we previously hired a designer outside freelancer which decided he could not continue with the design. What we have done is a landing page and a index page. What we want done is the other pages that are required to complete the forum design (also called forum skin) for the invision software ([login to view URL])
Since you will already have a index page to play around with we believe the other pages will not be that difficult to design. However, we need a complete redesign of the banner, more details will be provided to the winner. Please understand we are only looking for experienced people who have designed forums before and know what pages we would need to complete it. You will also have to code it to function with their latest version.
This is a simple job, considering the index page is already finished, we will not work with someone who cannot complete it within 3 days.
