Complete draft social network site - repost

I have previously asked someone to create a draft for a social network the current version being:

What I essentially need is for someone to change this from just being a draft to the 'final' thing.
The main thing I need tweaking is that I don't really need a social network with a twitter like feed, all I need
is for the website to essentially be more like a dating site where its centered around peoples profiles and the ability
for people to send messages to each other (not IM's). Therefore when I view a user it should just be his profile and not that
twitter feed thing.
Other things:
- I will send you the logo for you to replace
- fix the profile feeds (I will tell you what to add/remove)
- fix the search page, settings page and top and bottom menu bars and main page (I will provide the images)
There might be a few other smaller things that need tweaking but I will rather discuss that with the person I will be working
with.
I'm looking for a professional job and not some rushed attempt to make money.
