Construction Page for New Website

Hello Freelancers,
I have just set up a new host and domain for a business website. We need to put up a construction page which is currently in a .PSD file, the JPEG is attached to this project for you to see what you will need to be doing. The page will need the following:
1) An embedded video.
2) Subscribers form which links to our MailChimp.
3) Link to the Facebook page.
4) Email hyperlink to open users mail.
I will also need you to do the following:
1) Upload Wordpress on the empty server.
2) Ensure your coding is neat.
3) Say 'Hello Julian' at the beginning of your PM to be considered for this role.
4) Keep in mind, we may need someone to do the rest of this website.
