Convert Phpnuke to Joomla

We have a site in Phpnuke that is 3-4 years old, and would like to switch the site over to joomla keeping all of our artciles, usernames, forum, etc. Also would like the html overwirte added on to Joomla that takes the long url (...[login to view URL]) and changes to a static se friendly one ([login to view URL])
