Copy Content of Diet Website and Change Design

This is a very simple project for someone who knows what they're doing.
We're looking for an experienced designer and coder to clone the content of a Diet website, but also implement a new design and theme to it.
Here are the two examples of the diet websites to clone:

You'll notice that the 2 content websites above have the exact same content, links, and membership setup but simply just a different design and theme. We need someone to clone the content, links, and use the same membership setup - but again, with a different design and theme. Essentially, it'll be a third website with the same content.
You won't have access to our ftp to upload anything. You'll have to compile it into a folder and send it to us once it's done, and we'll upload them ourselves. Please make it easy for us to do that.
We're not just looking for a designer/coder to do this one project - we're looking for an experienced professional one who can work with us on multiple projects in the future as well - very similar to this one.
We will communicate through Skype, and we expect frequent updates on the project - and also a quick turnaround time will be greatly noted.
