Create a simple website with CSS and JavaScript

Hi all,
I need someone to create a very very simple website for me. I have the output file so you'll know exactly how it's suppose to come out. I also have all the images and texts needed for the website.
You must use CSS for style of text and colur as well as JavaScript for last updated section.
When you click on the images, it must be link to a larger images. As I mentioned I have all the image files need.
This should be very easy for an experts.
PLEASE REFER TO REQUIREMENT FILE ATTACHED.
You will also required to complete a few exercise and answer a few question in regarding to CCS and HTML.
This is a very small and simple project so I am looking for someone who can complete this in one or two days. If you are looking for a larger project or real busy this is not for you.
