Custom articles blog layout [Joomla]

I need a custom articles blog layout for joomla fj related articles component. It should categorise the articles alphabetically regardless of the source selected (category, keyword). the layout should be like: A (all articles starting with a should go below) </br> B (all articles starting with b should go below) etc and it should work in English as well as in Greek language. You look into the screenshots for details.
I know that it's less than 2 hours work so i can give 20 $ the most !
