I need a single webpage with the following things.
1. A set of 5 text fields including email address, names, origin, age and sex.
2. A toggle button named "record/pause" and two buttons named "replay" and "submit".
Actions for the buttons are ...
record/pause: When in "record" mode, it records the client's microphone in mp3 format. When in "pause" mode, it pauses the recording. For a sequence of toggles between record and pause, the recording should be joined together to a seamless mp3 file.
replay : When pressed, the recording so far should be played in the client's speaker.
submit: When pressed, the so far recorded file should be sent to my server along with the information in the text fields. Submit button is disabled until the following conditions meet. The record button has to be toggled to pause for at least once. The text fields must have valid entries.
I have an unix based web server, the typical one, and would like to place this page in my public_html folder and point to it. Everything should run as it is. The only thing that I should need to configure is the place in the server to store the files.
