Conversion of VB Script to Powerbuilder Script

I have a VB Script that send SMS messages using SMPP protocol. The script in VB needs to be converted to Powerbuilder Script. VB Script uses an API that is available for trial download. Additionally, I would be looking for the Powerbuilder script to read the message text for SMS from a database at any user specified time interval.

## Deliverables

1. Source code in PB of the mentioned VB Script.

2. TImer based access from database of the text messages to be sent by SMS.

3. Address Book for picking multiple mobile telephone numbers for sending SMS.

## Platform

The PB application would run on windows desktop or server.
