All that this program needs too do is read a file of any lengths binary then turn that files binary into base 10 and save it into a text or word document that will hold all the numbers. If there are 0s at the start of the binary number they are counted and displayed before the base 10 number. It would be good if this came with a progress bar in case its a rather large number and the program may be slowed. I work with very large files and am a bit afraid that the file that we save into might not be able too actually handle numbers of that length so in this case it would be good if the entire number can be displayed before its saved. I would also be good that if the length of the number will be too large too be saved it can be save in multiple files so a part 1, part 2, etc.
