Adding a Blog to an HTML5 based website

Hi,
I have an HTML5 based website and would like to add a blog part into it.
I want to keep all my design the way it is, including my navigation. I just want to integrate the blog part. Meaning the blog page should look exactly like the rest of my website without having to change all my website to WP.
the website is [url removed, login to view] - I will need someone to install a WP on the blog part and configure it in such a way that will fit my requirements.
I have all the CSS/codes/html files that belongs to this website.
Also, on the Contact Us page we would like to add the ability to attach a file and to have a captcha field
and for some reason after submitting a form it redirects to SYDV/sydvc instead of staying on the same page and we need to fix this.
I will need a highly professional person for this job!!
