I need the ability to have a user in an investors only area of the site download a blank pdf form/template, then have it automatically filled with specific data from a mysql database (i.e. username, title, account #, etc...). This is for a Wordpress wbsite. The investors need to fill out closely guarded personal data, such as their personal identification numbers, checking account #s, etc.
Since we do not want our investors emailing this completed form, we would like a way to have it upload directly to our secure FTP site.
