Custom Wordpress Template Design and Development

I need a wordpress template familiar to provided website.
Two pages design and development is required i.e. index page and content page.
You are required to:
1- Provide webpage designs (i.e. index page and content page). I will provide the layout.
2- Once the design is approved, you are required to develop the Wordpress template.
3- After the development I will provide the content to be posted.
Keep in mind that all the images/banners will be designed from scratch.
This theme will be followed: [url removed, login to view]
It is not a very huge project so think twice before bidding a huge amount.
