Customised NextGEN Gallery no longer functioning on Worpress website.

We created a single page WordPress website for Willow and Spoon cafe which includes a customised NextGEN Gallery.

The website has been working perfectly for over a year but now the gallery is displaying all the images on top of each other instead of spreading them out around the page. Please view the attached Image mockup to see how it is supposed to look.
On "click" each image should open in a lightbox style popup at full size.
We are not sure what has caused the gallery to stop functioning correctly.
Please only respond with a quote if you are confident that you will be able to fix this issue is a short period of time.
