Automation of NinjaTrader ATM Strategy

**What I need or require:**
What I require is some wrapper code around my trading platform to automate my strategy that I have been doing manually. Please see my attached PDF of the spec I have written.
**What I already have versus what the provider will deliver:**
I have my ATM strategies already in NinjaTrader, I just need some automation in submitting a hedge SLM (stop limit orders) and then trailing the prices until trade execution.
**Specific expertise/background that I am seeking:**
The bidder is to have experience with trading platform NinjaTrader (6.5) and more specifically NinjaScript. Though, NinjaScript is basically based off of Microsoft C# programming language. Expertise in web programming would also help accomplish one of the possible options listed in spec.

Timeframe for delivery:**
Start ASAP. I don't expect this to be too difficult project and should not take much time to complete.
