CMS Website

This spec is for a CMS site prototype.? We have created 6 ?€œhybrid?€ CMS NC sites previously using PHP and MySQL and need to upgrade our product offering to full CMS.

Using our theme pagegraphics, create a dynamic Neighborhood Council CMS prototype website site thatcan be graphically personalized (theme) for other NC sites and most importantlybe used as a template from, which we can adapt/cookie cut subsequent NC siteprojects. It must be easily updated by the client and with the ability toeasily add functionality (by developer) not mentioned in this spec such as withplugins/modules (e.g. Drupal) to minimize the cost of custom proto-typical development and deployment for future NC sites. The site features and functions this initial site will be a model that can be adapted / ?€œcookie cut?€ to varying degrees for other NC website projects as they all function similarly. We are not married to any CMS system, but do prefer a free one for cost reasons.?

There will be 3 - 4 more NC projects following this initial one and we?€™d like the winner of this bid, if all goes well, to do the adaptation on the following NC projects. We have the graphics done for the first one that you will be developing along with the second site. We may need help developing the graphics for the 3rd and 4th ones.

We need your bid to create the first prototype site and then give us the cost to adapt this site to our other up coming NC projects. We assume there will be a cost break savings on subsequent sites because you will be adapting from the prototype and not starting from scratch each time.
