Create Simple Autonomous PHP website

* denotes where updates have been made. Creation of an autonomous PHP website that will allow users to (1) register, (2) choose a payment option, (3) make a payment via credit card, PayPal, * (3) then after the payment has been received, the user will automatically be able to access a back end "control panel" area on the website that will allow the user to upload *mainly text content (with possibly 0-5 pictures) to the website that will be available for all to see on the front end. The user's payment should not have to be verified by any outside person. The interface should be able to automatically verify if the payment has been sent/received. *Payment options should vary from 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year. If the subscriber pays for a year, his content will never be taken down within that year. At the end of the year, if he does not make another payment (for 1 month, 3, etc) then his content will be taken down from the front end, but his profile will still be accessible to him on the back end. Upon making another payment from the backend, the user’s content will be reposted for the duration of the subscription paid for (it will display for 3 months, if 3 months have been paid for). The site will NOT have a blog nor forum format. The front end will display basically an easily readable chart consisting of the registered users content (entered from the back end). *The content on the front end will vary depending on the date. There will be 7 variables (one for each day). Wednesday's content will be the same for every Wed, Thursday for Thurs, etc. The user will be able to edit his content for any of the 7 variables at any time from the back end. I will be in communication with the coder mainly via e-mail with limited access to Skype, GoogleTalk, fax, and phone. I will be able to better explain more to the winning bidder. I have advanced computer knowledge, moderate experience with basic HTML, and limited working knowledge of Joomla.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
