I need a custom wordpress theme that contains elements from popular themes but customized to look like the image attached to this post (image cycles, custom text, blog displays, contact forms, portfolio pages).
All elements are similar to other themes and just need customization on layout.
## Deliverables
I need a custom wordpress theme that has a banner somewhat like the one at this link:

The actual layout will be like the image attached:
1) The top banner should be a little taller, rounded in the top left corner, and should be able to cycle through a customizable # of images. It should behave like the banner in the link above (arrow buttons should be able to be turned on and off) The cycle time should also be set to be customized
2) Under "Our Latest Apps" the 4 icons (Ace of Spades in design) should all be able to be customized. This section also auto rotates (at a customized time in seconds). The title, facebook Like button should be able to be set and customized. THE BLACK BAR should be ignored and the space should be blank.
3) The About section should be straight forward, Simple text with the ability to embed photos. Should be standard wordpress functionality.
4) News and Updates and Developers blog should display the most recent posts under the blog and news categories. A READ ALL button needs to be added under both sections so the user can go to the News or blog pages.
5) Working with section is just like the About section.
6) The individual pages should follow this design but the area below the banner should be able to be customized in a general layout.
7) The theme needs a portfolio page that lists all work by category
[login to view URL] If clicking on an item (image) it should display a detailed page of the work we created (article or full post from a blog).
8) The blog and news sections should follow the normal format like this link:

9) The footer should look as designed (please DO leave out the designers name)
10) Template should include a customizable email contact us form.
11) Template should contain random text and images to illustrate how to customized
12) a short tutorial (written or screen captured) must be delivered with final product.
