Building designer - repost 4

My job is designing a two story home that is close to the beach (like 500mts with elevation) and total size about 300 to 320sqm.

Has ocean view to take advantage of but also exposed to the elements of sun and wind which the design needs to be aware of and counter as much as possible.

Facing the block from the street the ocean is behind and to the left is north.

My desire is upstairs living with living,balcony,kitchen,dining,master bedroom, walk in robes/dressing room,en-suite, shower (no bath) toilet and small store.

Like a self contained one bed apartment.

Down stairs would be garage, study, straight stairs, two bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower, laundry and activity room. Linen space where possible.

Bathroom and laundry doors to open to southern side of design and activity room to open to rear of building.

What I am expecting for the project price is Floor Plan ground and 1st floor, front, back and sides elevation

I am open to design ideas that may suite.

Building materials to be concrete pad, double brick 1st story, suspended slab, insulated panels 2nd floor, pitched tile roof with space for a proposed attic with window.
